You will arrive
in Ginostra by the help of a little boat that comes to the ship
or to the aircraft. There is not a real harbour: only a refuge
for two or tree small boats when the sea is quiet. Life is
"primitive" and magic: there are no cars (only asses);
in some houses there is not electricity and water is taken from
the well. For its unique characteristics, Ginostra is now
preserved as a naturalistic park and has become a sophisticated
refuge for people loving peace, the absolute silence and dark of
the night. Anyhow in July/August the village is animated with
many tourists. There are two shops and two restaurants.
